First Days.‍
Once the questionnaire is completed.  One of our team will get back in touch with you to set up a time to meet and discuss the project.

Weeks 1 - 3
Our team of designers will be preparing your custom design and proposal for review.  We understand revisions may be necessary and we work to complete these changes quickly  to keep the flow of the process moving smoothly. At this point you can also make an appointment to meet with our in house garden manager to go over plants and materials for your project.

Design Approval - Project Start
Once an approved design and proposal is set to go and deposits are made,  materials are ordered and the project gets underway.  Depending on the size and scope of the project your start time from approval/deposit to installation can be anywhere from 2 - 8 weeks give or take.  Many factors contribute to this time frame ranging from HOA Approvals, County/City Permits, Engineered/Architectural Plan Design, Manufacturing / Production lead times and 

Project Start - Completion
Each project is different. Our project completion time frames can range from a single day to many months.  Please know that once we start a project we continue to work until completed.  Outside of any unforeseen delays, your project being completed in an efficient  and timely manner is our priority.
